Vanessa Hudgens shows off her baby bump during a Pilates session at Aro Studio. In a new social media post, the actress flaunts her stomach in a crop top and leggings after a workout. “Lil Pilates + Laura Quinn = Win win,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. Vanessa is a long-time Pilates fan. Here’s everything you need to know about her Pilates workouts.
Nonna Glaser, one of the High School Musical stars’ Pilates trainers, recently told us, “Vanessa is by far the most coordinated, focused, and very in tune with her body.” She’s very easy to work with because she’s one of those people who is great. She’s also very flexible and has amazing control. “It’s like she works with dancers and athletes,” she says. “She’s very active and she’s always doing different workouts. She loves to move.”
“We usually start with a leg workout on the reformer, training the legs in every dimension possible,” Glaser says of Vanessa’s leg day workouts. “The thighs contain several muscles. The quadriceps and hamstrings help bend and extend the hip and knee. The adductors move the legs inward toward each other. The pubic bone The sartorius muscles help bend and rotate the thigh at the hip.”
On ab day, Vanessa says, “I do a lot of sit-ups with a Pilates ball and side-up exercises with a Pilates spine corrector. This allows me to work my muscles deeper while protecting my back.” ” she says.
Vanessa’s upper body workouts are done at Pilates Cadillac, where she says, “I prep with a roll-down bar and do a lot of movements that involve stretching and control.”
Overall, Glaser claims Vanessa is a great client to train with. “Her work with Vanessa is incredibly easy because she knows her body so well and I love seeing her results,” she says.

Vanessa trains with Nonna three to three times a week at Body by Nonna Studio. “We meet three to four times a week to talk Pilates and work together,” she reveals. During the session, they train the whole body, but also focus on single muscle groups.
