Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is excited to announce a new collaboration with AARP to bring online wellness sessions to AARP viewers.

MESA, Ariz., May 8, 2024 (Globe Newswire) — Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chiwhich provides the best in overall fitness through online and in-studio classes that combine yoga, tai chi, meditation and breathing techniques, is pleased to announce a new collaboration with AARP.

As part of this new collaboration, Body & Brain will offer a series of online wellness sessions to AARP viewers.

Students of all ages, including seniors, can benefit from Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi’s self-healing approach to staying healthy. Whether a student is suffering from a troubling chronic illness or simply wants to feel happy, the adaptive exercises they provide can help anyone become stronger, more flexible, and less stressed. It helps you feel relieved.

AARP is making these new sessions available to the public. To participate he does not require AARP membership, but the student must create and register his AARP online account for free. Each session has its own registration link.

Upcoming sessions begin May 22, and each session will last one hour from 11 a.m. ET to noon.
