Group lunches are created based on recommendations from a registered dietitian and include options to accommodate special dietary restrictions. Daily hot meal gatherings not only address nutritional needs to improve the health of program members, but also promote socialization and provide opportunities for those feeling lonely to build meaningful friendships. also produces.

FSL’s nutrition program also includes delivery options for homebound seniors and adults with disabilities, offering one hot meal Monday through Friday and two frozen nutritious meals on weekends. provided.
