How to make an Ayurvedic-inspired intestinal detox drink
Digital creator Ancient Dig In (@ancientdigin) shared a recipe for an easy detox drink for gut health. To make this detox drink, first wash and peel the beets, then chop them finely. Take about an inch of peeled ginger and chop it finely. Next, add chopped beets, ginger slices, turmeric powder, black pepper, and water to the mixer jar. You can also add lemon juice if you like. Blend the mixture until smooth, being careful not to strain it as the fibers are essential.
The digital creator recommends drinking this detox drink two to three times a week on an empty stomach for maximum benefits. In the video description, the user also mentioned the benefits of the ingredients used in this drink.
