By Natalie Miller from Huber Heights, Ohio
A refreshing salsa perfect for summer. It has a slightly sweet and tangy taste, with a little spiciness from the jalapeños and diced onions. Strawberries, tomatoes and onions complement each other surprisingly well. A little cilantro adds freshness to the salsa. Perfect for summer cookouts and pool parties. Be sure to chill for several hours before serving. It tastes even better when you sit down. If you’re scared of jalapenos, cut them back, leave them, or cut them back.
