The celebrity plastic surgeon has revealed the areas she focuses on when it comes to her skin care.
She said most people overlook important areas that can show early signs of aging.
Dr. Lara Devgan, who has worked with many celebrities including Kim Kardashian, spoke to The US Sun about her routine for combating fine lines and wrinkles.
The expert, who has her own skincare line, has broken down every item she swears by for her anti-aging efforts.
She explained that effective anti-aging habits need to focus on more than just the face.
forgotten area
“We tend to prioritize the skin on the face, but people often forget about the skin on the neck, décolleté, chest, and back of the hands,” she said.
“These areas are naturally thinner and show signs of aging sooner than facial skin.”
She recommended continuous application of skin care products to thinner areas of the skin.
The medical expert also emphasized the importance of eating a balanced diet, exercising to increase muscle mass, managing stress, and limiting sugar intake to prevent skin glycation.
She also recommended incorporating strength training and weightlifting exercises into your workout routine.

“As we age, our bones naturally lose density and mass, resulting in the face losing its natural shape and structure,” she explained.
sleep soundly
Dr. Devgan added that he tries to sleep on his back every night to avoid wrinkles on his face.
“Sleeping on your back is highly recommended to prevent friction, pulling, and pulling on your skin,” she said.
“In addition, when washing your face in the morning or at night, be gentle with your skin and avoid pulling or tugging at your face with the towel.”
Product play-by-play
Of course, she has her own skincare line and sticks to a solid product routine.
“I love exfoliating with a microdermabrasion scrub [from my brand] It gives you a smooth texture and also helps with clogged pores and comedones,” she said.
“Then I especially like the peptide eye cream and hyaluronic acid serum that I use in the morning to improve skin texture and fine lines,” she said.
“Our peptide eye cream contains caffeine, green tea, and vitamin B5 to moisturize and soften the under-eye area.”
She said it also helps remove and correct bags under the eyes.
At night, I use three more products, including a retinol bakuchiol serum and a resveratrol night cream made with green tea, peptides, and ceramides.
This product supports healthy barrier function, provides nighttime antioxidants, and pairs perfectly with retinol and exfoliants.
“You wake up feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and radiant,” the doctor said.
Her Vitamin CBE Ferula serum is “the perfect combination with sunscreen, increasing the effectiveness of the sunscreen filter and providing extra protection from the sun,” she continued.
When used with sunscreen as part of a balanced skin care routine, this product can “help fight the appearance of wrinkles, age spots, and under-eye bags while maintaining glowing, healthy-looking skin.”
