“As we age, our bones naturally lose density and mass, resulting in the face losing its natural shape and structure,” she explained.
The skincare pro added that she tries to sleep on her back every night to avoid wrinkles on her face.
“Sleeping on your back is highly recommended to prevent friction, pulling, and pulling on your skin,” she said.
“In addition, when washing your face in the morning or at night, be gentle with your skin and avoid pulling or tugging at your face with the towel.”
forgotten area
The skin care expert explained that an effective anti-aging routine should focus on more than just your face.
“We tend to prioritize the skin on the face, but people often forget about the skin on the neck, décolleté, chest, and back of the hands,” she said.
“These areas are naturally thinner and show signs of aging sooner than facial skin.”
She recommended continuous application of skin care products to thinner areas of the skin.
The medical expert also emphasized the importance of eating a balanced diet, exercising to increase muscle mass, managing stress, and limiting sugar intake to prevent skin glycation.
