Freeze the tip
Prepare until the end of step 3 and freeze on a lined sheet. Once solid, freeze in airtight containers or food bags for up to 3 months. When ready to eat, sprinkle with powdered sugar again (when no longer visible), place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake Mark 5 in a preheated oven at 190°C (170°C fan) for 13 minutes.
