GRIFFIN — Nutrition experts from the Griffin-Spalding County School System attend the Georgia School Nutrition Association Annual Conference, where the GSCS nutrition program received the prestigious Gold Scroll Award and was recognized as one of the best programs in the state. In addition to winning the Gold Scroll Award, many schools were recognized for consistently high and increasing participation in breakfast and lunch.
