Peloton is adding monthly challenges for May, including its first-ever meditation challenge.
This challenge is being offered in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, which is observed throughout May in the United States.

Peloton’s standard challenges come monthly in cycling, strength training, rowing, and running. But this is the first time they’ve offered meditation-specific challenges. The official challenge description reads:
Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month and meditate for a mindful May. Earn badges by taking meditation classes on all 10th, 20th, or 31st days of the month and realize the benefits of a regular meditation practice.
Members have the opportunity to earn three badges. Bronze for taking meditation classes on 10 different dates. Silver medal for taking a 20-day meditation class. If you take a meditation class on all 31 days of Moon Girl, you will receive gold.
If you’re looking for additional badges, be sure to check out our site for a complete guide to badge opportunities.

In addition to this challenge, members can likely also expect mental health awareness classes throughout May. These classes are sure to be added to our dedicated mental health collection, which includes content across multiple modalities dating back to 2021.
If you’re interested in participating in Peloton’s May Meditation Challenge, be sure to opt in from the Challenges tab on your hardware device, app, or web browser to ensure your progress is tracked.
