A woman has revealed her simple skincare secret that has anti-aging benefits.
Commenting under a viral post asking for beauty advice, Reddit user NoThanksNotTelling shared the process she swears by.
Instead of applying different products, she detailed simple steps to take to prevent wrinkles.
“I’m 37 years old, but people often tell me they think I’m in my 20s,” she explained.
The anonymous woman revealed that she was once picked up by a 23-year-old man because of her youthful appearance.
As her first skin care tip, she recommended incorporating face oils into your daily routine.
She explained that the product “changed” her skin for the better.
In subsequent comments, she revealed that she used “different” face oils.
“I’ve also tried Fresh Crème Ancienne Face Oil and Charlotte Tilbury Oil, but to be honest, the old-fashioned jojoba and almond oils work better,” she said.

She explained that this technique has always worked “well” while living in tropical and desert climates.
“I also always wear a hat when I’m outside in direct sunlight,” she added.
The Redditor also recommended eating oily foods such as salmon and drinking plenty of water.
