question: Be your own inspiration This is the third book in the Cure the Causes series. Tell us about the series and how this book fits into it.

A: My personal message for the Cure the Causes series as a whole is simple. “Live the life you want, not the life others have prescribed for you” is poignantly explained in my scientific teachings throughout the series. Ultimately, my books and lecture series are all about the importance of detoxing your body and then “improving your emotional, mental, and physical health” by incorporating the right nutrients. It is important to note that Cure The Causes does not claim to cure any disease. Instead, this message weaves together why illness can strike anyone and how healing can occur by focusing on the root cause rather than the symptoms. As has been widely discussed, we are trained with toxins and heavy metals. Cleansing, detoxifying, and removing harmful environmental invaders helps our bodies function more optimally in the capacity they were originally designed to do.

Cookbook to cure the cause We take the message a step further by focusing on cooking with specific types of foods and/or ingredients designed to address specific physical and mental illnesses. Recipes range from nutrition to fight inflammation and disease, autoimmune disease support, antiviral directives and treatments for bacterial infections, fungal overgrowth, and even parasite cleanses. Other recipes include treatments for anti-cancer therapy, arthritis disease, depression, dementia, autism, Parkinson’s disease, and even Lyme disease.of Recipe book We also provide materials and guidelines to help you learn how to help your body in managing different types of medical conditions and diseases by consuming better dietary choices. Q: What inspired you to write this book?

A: As part of the “Cure the Causes” series, Be your own inspiration We give you the tools to identify your personal passions and live your life in alignment with your values. My parents, teachers, and the people I call “my heroes” helped me achieve my philosophical values. That evolved into my own inspiring decision to become a mother of four amazing children, a science planner, a humanitarian, a patent innovator, and now an author. . I draw on a significant amount of my own experience, combined with my extensive knowledge of health/wellness topics, to provide readers with the tools to manage their own health. Life is a beautiful puzzle. Each of us is an incomplete piece of this puzzle. Inspiration comes to us all in different ways. For me, it’s the books I’ve read, the people I’ve met, and the lessons I’ve learned through my challenges, victories, and failures.

Surround yourself with people who will be honest with you. And finally, face the challenges head-on.

Q: As your website and career attest, you are involved in many ventures across several sectors. How do your various specialties influence your approach to health and wellness? What makes your approach unique?

A: Our diverse efforts across different disciplines provide a holistic perspective on health and wellness. For example, my background in psychology helps me understand the spiritual side of health, while my background in nutrition and fitness teaches me about the physical side. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to tailor recommendations and strategies to address the whole person, considering both mind and body. What makes my approach unique is that I integrate insights from a variety of disciplines to create a comprehensive framework for individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Q: What advice would you give to our readers to help them get the most out of it? Be your own inspiration?

A: How to get the most out of it Be your own inspiration, I encourage readers to approach this issue with an open mind and an attitude of self-reflection. Treat this book as a guidebook rather than a prescription, and use the insights and exercises provided to explore your goals, values, and motivations. Embrace the journey of self-discovery and empowerment this book offers, and be willing to try different strategies to find what works best for you. Remember that the key to inspiration lies within yourself, and this book is simply a tool to unlock it.

Q: What’s next on your list? Either another Cure the Causes book or another project entirely.

A: As for what’s next on my list, I’m always looking for new projects and ways to make a positive impact. There’s certainly a possibility of publishing another Cure the Causes book, but I’m also intrigued by the idea of ​​delving into other topics and mediums. Whether it’s writing about new aspects of health and wellness, exploring completely different genres, or branching out into other forms of media, I want to continue to expand my horizons and share my knowledge in innovative ways.
