Its main purpose is coordination, initiative, and promotion. You will also be responsible for the following functions:
a) Advise the former general and his council on matters of spirituality and formation;
b) Oversee the implementation of the spiritual and formation decisions contained in the Life and Mission Project of the Order for 2016-2022.
c) To endeavor to incorporate the directives of the Sessenium into the programs of the Provinces of the Order.
d) Suggest and support initiatives that strengthen our charisma through formation processes.
e) Facilitate the formation and renewal of formers according to the charismatic guidelines of Formation Itinerary (IFAR).
f) Facilitate communication and cooperation with other General Secretaries, Provincial Secretariats for Spirituality and Formation and the Religious Revitalization Team (ERO);
