Fine dining restaurant offering new 10-course tasting menu

MIAMI — The Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, the fine dining restaurant at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort led by acclaimed chef Tristan Brandt, has been awarded a Michelin star for the second year in a row by the 2024 Michelin Guide Florida. did. Opening in December 2022, the Tambourine Room offers a mid-century modern atmosphere with seating for up to 18 guests per seat. It received its first Michelin star in 2023 and has since maintained that status, delighting guests with a wide range of dishes, from amuse bouche to elegant main courses. We also offer ‘signature’ dishes created by Chef Tristan Brandt and Head Chef Timo Steubing.

Tambourine Room’s new seasonal menu includes dishes such as: Yellowtail | Radish | Ginger, introducing yellowtail sashimi marinated in dashi and sesame oil and served with avocado cream, green perilla leaves, pickled green and purple daikon radish, white soy sauce, fermented shrimp, and ginger vinaigrette. The introduction of a 10-course tasting menu format allows guests to fully immerse themselves in a culinary journey as they taste each dish and admire the artistic presentation.
Chef Brandt’s culinary expertise is well established in the Michelin Guide. He has won accolades in the European restaurant industry, including leading the two-star kitchen at Germany’s Opus V and winning a Michelin star at Switzerland’s Epoca by Tristan Brandt. He brings a wealth of experience to his wellness resorts in Miami.

Chef Tristan Brandt’s 10-course tasting menu at the Tambourine Room is available Wednesday through Sunday for $265 with seating at 7pm ET. Wine pairing – $135; Chef Tristan Brandt’s signature menu includes beef tartare with crème fraîche and caviar, $155; Truffle and Parmesan Pasta, $95.

About Tristan Brandt
Tristan Brandt is a top chef, Germany’s former youngest two-star chef, culinary consultant and entrepreneur of gourmet experience concepts both nationally (Germany) and internationally.
