A self-proclaimed “biohacker” has revealed an ultra-draconian therapy he hopes will help cheat death.
Brian Johnson recently became an internet sensation over his belief that his habits and diet can help him live longer and ultimately “avoid death.”
The millionaire’s plan also includes more exotic elements, such as using his own son’s blood to “de-age” himself.
These don’t come cheap either, reportedly costing the California tech mogul about $2 million a year.
Johnson, 46, hopes his novel and expensive treatment will help extend his life into the future, but doctors are divided over the impact of his lifestyle.
But that hasn’t stopped Johnson from making some pretty bold claims about how your habits affect the pace of aging.
He boasted about his latest “effect” in a post about X.

The high-tech businessman wrote: “A new result has been revealed: the rate of aging 0.64.
“I age slower than 100% of all +30-60 year old men and +99% of +20 year old men. How slow is that? I only age 7.6 months out of every 12 months. How far can aging be slowed down?”
He included projected images of “normal” people aging and humorous images of his own “de-aging” back to being infants.
There are many aspects to his regimen, some of which you wouldn’t expect in the life of someone trying to stay as healthy as possible.
This is incorporating chocolate into his diet. Yes, it’s chocolate.
Needless to say, we’re not talking about your run-of-the-mill candy here.
This is buying very high quality cocoa and consuming it in a very specific way.

He revealed his preference for chocolate in a video posted to his YouTube channel, which has been viewed about 500,000 times.
In it he says: “Sometimes we don’t do things that are good for us.”
He explained that he consumes large amounts of high-quality cocoa, claiming it has health benefits.
Nevertheless, he stressed that not all the cocoa in the store is of such “high quality.”
He said: One is pure cocoa. The second is whether you want to leave it unattended. Third, test for the presence of heavy metals. And the fourth is to increase the content of flavonols. ”
The tech mogul consumed the cocoa mixed with “nutty pudding” and said it was “delicious”.
