Join us for our annual Be Well Philly Fest!
Our favorite event of the year is returning this May. You can do that. do not have. hang on! The 2024 Be Well Philly Fest, presented by Independent Blue Cross, will feature fitness classes for all levels, hands-on wellness experiences, a shoppable vendor marketplace, lunch, and a healthy happy hour. Do Pilates by the pool at one of Philadelphia’s most luxurious hotels.
The infinity pool at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia offers some of the dreamiest views of the city. Thanks to this new workout series, you don’t have to be a hotel guest to enjoy the pool. Four Seasons offers Pilates every Wednesday night in June on its iconic pool deck on the 57th floor. The 45-minute mat-based class will be taught by Ali Bradley, owner of Sanctuary Wellness Studio, and will include perks from sponsors such as alo yoga mats and clove sneakers. Afterwards, enjoy healthy snacks and snacks from The Wellness Refinery. Also, feel free to visit our sauna, steam room, and ice fountain to refuel after your workout. Please make a reservation here. Want to relax? Luna Mae, Philadelphia’s queen of sound healing, hosts a sound meditation series at Paradigm Gallery + Studio in Old City. Scheduled for April 30th, May 20th, and June 24th, this soothing sensory experience will feature crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and May’s own vocals (she’s featured on her most recent two albums has been released. sound lab and Appearance), in addition to guided meditations and breathing exercises. We look forward to the free workouts held at Dilworth Park each year. This year, City Fitness partnered with Center City District and Rothman Orthopedics to host spring and summer fitness classes every Tuesday night from April 23rd to October 1st. Programming includes Zumba, Boxing, Body Combat, and PHIT Body. free.

Celebrate National Workout Day.
Best of Philadelphia winner and Paris Fit owner Noel Davis will host a free workout class on May 4th in honor of National Workout Day. Schedules are still to be determined, but in partnership with SELF(ish) Philly, all sessions will be held at Drexel Square (that means outdoors!) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’s free, but please pre-register here.

If you’ve ever wanted to dance pliés and pirouettes like a professional ballerina, now’s your chance. Philadelphia Ballet’s Young Friends will be bringing back their annual “Brunch at the Bar” on April 28th. At 11am, learn the basics in a beginner ballet class, then enjoy her brunch menu, including mimosas, while mingling with her company’s dancers and other participants. $60. Register here.
Go on an adventure by bike.
BikeOut, the popular overnight biking and camping adventure, returns this Memorial Day weekend. On May 25th, riders will gather near the museum and travel approximately 40 miles along the Schuylkill River and Perkiomen Creek, then settle in at Camp His Kweebek for games, swimming, food, a campfire, and more. . You can choose to sleep in a cabin or tent, and drive back to Center City the next day. (Bonus: There will be mechanical support from local shop Keystone Bicycle Co.)
