berry berry smoothie recipe

- 1c. Fairlife reduced fat milk
- 1 cup (5.3 oz) Greek yogurt
- 2c. mixed berries
- 1/2c.frozen avocado chunks
- 1/2c.oats

Add milk, Greek yogurt, fruit, avocado, nut butter, and oats to a blender. Blend until smooth.
To make parfait style, choose 2-3 toppings of your choice (I used chia seeds, granola, blueberries, and strawberries), add the smoothie mix by scooping into a cup or mason jar, then alternate Add layers of toppings. More smoothie mixes. Continue in this order with desired amounts. enjoy!
Tropical green smoothie (dairy-free)
material
- 1c. Oatli Oats Milk
- 2 (5.3 oz Sigi plant-based yogurt cups)
- 1T honey
- 2c. Tropical fruit mix
- 1c. Frozen spinach
- A handful of frozen avocado
- 1/2 spoon unflavored pea protein
direction
Add all ingredients (liquid first) to a blender. Blend and enjoy!
chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie

- 1c. Fairlife Chocolate Milk
- 1 banana
- Cacao nibs 1T
- 1T honey
- Almond butter 2T

Add all ingredients to a blender, transfer to a serving bowl, and top with your favorite toppings.I used sliced almonds, bananas, granola, and dark chocolate chips.
