Join Soul Tribe Yoga Collective’s Lyme Disease Awareness Month Meditation Challenge in partnership with the Colorado Tick-Borne Disease Awareness Association.
This challenge and weekly community meditations are open to all people affected by tick-borne diseases, and their caregivers, families, and friends from all geographic regions.
Participants will develop a daily meditation practice that suits their abilities, needs, and lifestyle. When you sign up, you’ll receive a list of daily meditation activities to incorporate into your routine, as well as a meditation log to help you track your progress.
And the best part about this challenge? We meet online every Friday during Awareness Month to practice together in community. The dates are May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st. Sessions will be held at 11 a.m. Mountain Time.
Participation is free, but donations of any amount are accepted.
If you would like to participate in the weekly community meditation, please begin signing on to Zoom 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows us to troubleshoot and resolve any potential technical issues.
Weekly community meditations begin immediately and last a total of 25 minutes. This includes 5 minutes of guidance and 20 minutes of silent meditation.
In-person and online community classes on May 11th
Saturday, May 11th, We will be holding a community class at our northern Colorado studio at 11 a.m. Mountain Time. Participants from other parts of the world and those unable to travel due to illness or transportation issues can also participate online. This is a donation based class. However, you won’t be rejected just because you can’t contribute. Everyone is welcome.
