Glendale, Arizona (AZ Family) — Heather and Brian Zymura are the people behind Twisted Bee Farms, whose journey into the world of local honey was sparked by personal health challenges.
They discovered that local honey not only tastes better, but also makes a huge difference to your health. This revelation inspired the couple to innovate and create over 40 unique infused honey recipes.
With the help of three local Arizona beekeeping families, we’ve created a line of premium specialty honeys. What is their secret? Processed in-house, the herbs and peppers are grown by co-founder and flavor master Heather.
Looking to the future, they are excited about new collaborations with local restaurants and breweries, as well as the introduction of freeze-dried snacks and edible herbs.
In partnership with The Beestro, we’re introducing innovative edible herbs, freeze-dried snacks, Bagel Daddy, AZ Bagels made fresh daily, and amazing bagel sandwiches created by Chef Chris.
