Jorhat: Varenya Borbora, also known as Meditation Bowl Girl, is a 9-year-old girl from Jorhat, Assam who speaks English better than most of us. Varenya disguises herself as an English teacher and takes online classes on her Instagram account Vivacious Varenya (@vivacious_varenya).

Valenya developed her accent by watching English movies and shows. She loves reading books and imitating actors’ facial expressions.
Varenya’s mother started posting random videos of her on social media at an early age. The girl started speaking English earlier than her native language, Assamese.

Valeña gained attention on social media last year after a video of her meditation bowl went viral. “This is not a bowl of soup. You’re so wrong. This is something called a meditation bowl,” she said on Instagram Reels. She held her meditation bowl and explained how to use it.
In some videos, Varena is seen wearing sarees and minimal jewellery. She also wears a pair of specs on top of her head.
