Nutritionist Tanvee Tutrani shares an easy recipe to make a quick sabudana salad for Navratri. She also said that this sabudana salad has only 480 calories. To make sabudana salad, first boil the sabudana in a colander in a pot. Once completed, leave it for a while to cool. Take a large bowl and add the boiled sabudana to it. Instead of adding potatoes, nutritionist Tsutlani recommends adding other healthy ingredients such as pomegranate arils, peanuts, ginger, green chili, cucumber, carrots, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, and orange juice.
