Huntington Health’s Senior Care Network continues its mission to support the health and well-being of adults 50 and older through the free 50+ Health Connection membership program.
On April 17, the network will host an online noon presentation offering nutritional advice and cooking demonstrations tailored specifically for seniors.
Taught by Huntington Health registered dietitians, this class is designed to support seniors’ unique dietary needs and educate them about healthy food choices to prevent chronic disease. Participants will learn practical tips for meal planning, grocery shopping on a budget, and preparing quick and nutritious recipes at home.
The 50+ Health Connection program offers a wide range of free resources and events for seniors throughout the year, including fitness classes, health exams, educational seminars, and social activities. Membership is open to any local adult over the age of 50.
