Brian Johnson, 46, is a former Silicon Valley CEO who claims to have reversed his epigenetic age by 5.1 years through rigorous anti-aging measures that cost him more than $2 million a year. Known as Project Blueprint, Johnson takes more than 100 supplements each day and follows a strict diet where every calorie is closely monitored.

“Even my Face ID is confused. I’m transitioning…” Johnson wrote while sharing a makeover collage on X, where it was viewed a whopping 2 million times.
While many criticized Johnson’s appearance, others praised his strict health regimen.
“Trying to stop aging…it makes you age faster,” one commenter wrote. “It’s crazy how you look even better in 2018,” said another.
No kidding, you actually look older… but that’s just the look,” user X retorted.
