Singapore: PSA singapore was awarded with Winner of Well Being Innovation Award at 2024 WorkWell Leaders Awards – An annual event hosted by Singapore-based charity WorkWell Leaders – which aims to recognize best practice standards that address systemic change in mental health in the workplace.
This award is a testament to PSA Singapore’s commitment to not only listening and caring to its employees, but also promoting mental wellness. Winners were determined by a panel of senior organizational well-being and mental health leaders and experts who recognized PSA’s efforts to have the most unique programs among the finalists. They praised the PSA’s innovative use of data to support workers’ mental health, noting its success in providing timely and accurate support.
In particular, PSA Singapore will collect feedback from more than 3,000 employees, including migrant workers, suppliers and contractors, to explore what it can do to provide a psychologically safe working environment.
