amy triplett says After working as a mental health counselor and hypnotherapist for over 20 years, she wanted to reach a broader audience and impact more people. So she recently opened her Om Meditation & Wellness Studio in Safety Harbor.
Triplet combines multiple techniques of mindfulness into one session.
“So it’s very intentional. The floating feeling, the inductive, the sound, everything is put in here to optimize healing and recovery,” Triplett said.
While participants float in silk scarves, Triplett guides them through sound therapy using a sound bowl and relaxation and breathing techniques that aid in healing and recovery.
Triplett says immersive experiences help connect mind, body and spirit.
