Mindful meditation for eating mindfully and with intention
For many of us, our relationship with food is not as close as we think. You might finish a protein bar on your way to work or rush through a desk salad during lunch at the office. When you get home, you might inhale your dinner on the couch in front of the TV without thinking. In fact, multitasking may be the only way we actually know how to eat.
If you have the luxury of taking time to eat, you’ll not only fully enjoy and appreciate your meals, but you’ll also improve your gut health and digestion in the process. In this meditation, you make the act of eating a ritual, experiencing the flavor and nutrition of food.
