Ashley Graham is experimenting with a new health regimen that includes daily acupuncture.
In a new TikTok video published on Tuesday, the model, 35, revealed that acupuncturist Sandra has been staying at her home for a week. She’s staying with Graham “because he knows how much I love acupuncture,” the mother of three explained. “So we decided to stick needles in me every day, about two to three hours a day. Basically, it’s all about my traps, my face, my butt, my quads, my shins, my legs. The purpose was to experiment to see if it would have such an effect.

Graham then showed off the sheets and massage table she brought with her for Tuesday’s acupuncture treatment.
“We will be doing old traditional acupuncture treatments using gua sha, cupping, moxibustion and needles,” she explained. “I know some people don’t really like gua sha, cupping, or needles, but all I’m saying here is that they’re better than putting chemicals in your body! But a little Botox… I’m not against it.”
At the end of the clip, Graham introduced Sandra to fans and showed clips of electroacupuncture and cupping therapy.
“As some of you know, I’m obsessed with acupuncture and this week I’m lucky enough to have my friend Sandra (@LANSHIN), who is an expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), at home. ” Graham captioned the post. “She will needle my whole body and guide me through various holistic practices such as needling, moxibustion, cupping, and kasha. I cannot stress enough that these practices are my holy grail. I guarantee you that it will do wonders for every body.” ”
In May, Graham told PEOPLE that it’s important to find time for self-care while juggling mom duties in a busy schedule.
“Besides keeping to a schedule for snack times, nap times, etc., I think the hardest part is filling the day with activities that everyone can enjoy and finding time for myself. ” Graham said. “Mothers know: If it’s not on your calendar, basically nothing is happening. Whether it’s a workout, acupuncture, or yoga, it takes a lot of effort to find time for yourself. is required.”
“I also want to spend time with my husband, so I try to plan my time and use it wisely,” she added. “That’s probably the hardest thing.”
Irvin, 34, recently decided to have a vasectomy as a “precautionary measure,” Graham tells PEOPLE. “It wasn’t even my idea,” she said. “I really appreciated how calm her husband was. He definitely made this process easier because I didn’t have to do anything on my end. And he… walked away from there like a champ.”
