We interviewed six women who have used Ritual prenatal vitamins to share their thoughts on the trending brand. Here’s what they said:

If it’s your first baby, it can be a little overwhelming. If you’ve ever been here and done this, you may have been trying to make your shopping cart as light as possible while looking at the gadgets and toys that are encroaching on your living space.
In any case, many would argue that a high-quality prenatal vitamin should be at the top of your shopping list. If you use social media, you’ve probably heard of Ritual.
Ritual is a much-hyped subscription supplement company known for its transparency in manufacturing and traceable plant-based ingredients that are free of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and most allergens.
Ritual’s prenatal vitamin ranks at the top of the best prenatal vitamin list thanks to the quality of its ingredients and nutritional composition. Most of the women we spoke to agreed with the general claim that Ritual significantly reduces nausea. This is likely thanks to the delayed-release capsule design, which the company claims is gentle on the stomach.
Ritual vitamins are overall more expensive than most retail brands, and prenatal vitamins are no exception, but they are comparable to or slightly cheaper than similar subscription vitamins.

“Exactly what I needed”
“My first two pregnancies were difficult. From the moment I got pregnant until the end, I was nauseous, weak and pretty miserable,” Christine Luna said. “My memories of having my two daughters were fatigue, not being able to sleep, and the worst nausea imaginable.”
Luna took prenatal vitamins during both pregnancies, but wasn’t particular about brands. “I bought everything. [one] It was the cheapest at that store. She thought it would be wiser to spend the money on necessary equipment, such as a crib,” she said.
When she found out she was pregnant for the third time, her previous experience weighed heavily on her mind. Since she works part-time and has a toddler at home, she knew she couldn’t afford to be exhausted for months and make her feel worse.
Some women in the mother’s group believed in prenatal rituals, so she decided to try it. Within a few days, she noticed that her pain was reduced and she was able to sleep better. What’s the best? “I felt less nauseous and had more energy, which was exactly what I needed. I had two preschoolers and she had to keep up,” she said. Ta.
Alaina McCartney had a similar experience when she switched to Ritual after trying and failing to contain two different prenatal pregnancies. She attributes her nausea relief to Ritual’s time-release capsules and added lemon flavor tabs.
“I’m not usually one to splurge on big name brands, but once I go to Ritual, I can’t go back,” she said.

Hannah Hilson switched to a plant-based diet after giving birth to her three children. That’s why it was important for her to find vegan prenatal vitamins for her fourth pregnancy.
She tried vegan products she found at Target, as well as products prescribed before giving birth, but said they all made her feel nauseous. Other than a little burping, she had no problems with the ritual.
I also felt more secure knowing that the vitamins were made from traceable sources, tested for things like heavy metals, and free of GMOs.

When Katie Daniels was trying to get pregnant, she was worried about getting enough folic acid, so she started taking the popular gummy vitamins she was already using as a prenatal option. However, she admits that she did not consume them regularly because the taste was so unpleasant.
When she actually got pregnant, she tried Pererel’s prenatal vitamin packs, but she said the taste and the number of pills she needed didn’t suit her day-long “morning sickness.”
A friend recommended Ritual to me. “The lemon flavor was much gentler on my sensitive stomach, and it was much easier to take just two tablets than a whole handful,” Daniels said. “I felt like I was getting a powerful, complex vitamin that met my health needs without the unpleasant taste of other products.”

She continued with Ritual’s prenatal vitamin until she was able to switch to the same brand’s postnatal vitamin. Afterwards, she was scheduled to take a women’s multivitamin.
Daniels also praised Ritual’s subscription model. Having her vitamins sent automatically before they run out is “one less thing for her to think about,” she said.
“Not cost effective”
Not everyone we spoke to felt Ritual was worth the price. At $39 for a 30-day supply, it’s more expensive than most retail brands, but on par or slightly cheaper than other subscription brands.
Monica Patel tried Ritual while pregnant with her second child after learning about it through social media. But she quit after a few months.what she took Nature Made was prenatal during my first pregnancy and I didn’t notice a difference using Ritual. She decided the additional expense wasn’t worth it. “Nature Made had a better price point,” she said.
“One pill a day for a year,” she continued. “[Ritual] It wasn’t cost effective for me. ”
Rachel Contini also switched to Nature Made after trying Ritual for just a week. Within an hour of taking the vitamin, she “felt very nauseous,” she recalled.
“I switched to Nature Made’s prenatal with DHA and had no nausea. [And] Nature Made was much more affordable. ”
What are the advantages? Contini found Ritual’s customer service to be prompt and efficient, adhering to the company’s 30-day return policy and refunding his money.
