We must become more aware of the thoughts in our heads and make them more constructive and loving. Love truly heals.

Ellicottville, NY, June 7, 2023 /24-7 Press Release/ — According to National Day Calendar.com, June 21 is not only the first day of summer, but also National Day.

As a way to raise awareness about the healing benefits of sound and energy, metaphysician Reverend Susie Wu holds a master’s degree and takes her passion for playing the gong to the streets of the Southern Tier.

On June 21st, everyone is invited to the Ellicott Building Gazebo in front of City Hall to give people an opportunity to experience energy healing, learn experientially how powerful thoughts and intentions are, and listen to her sound recordings. Provides an opportunity to explain the therapeutic effects of baths. . Hmm.

“Our thoughts directly affect our health,” Wu says. “Those who are afraid of getting sick will get sick. Those who know they are connected to an infinite source of loving energy will stay healthy.

We must become more aware of the thoughts in our heads and make them more constructive and loving. Love truly heals. Living purposefully with positive, focused intentions will lead to a blissful and abundant life. ”

The event will begin at noon, and Wu will provide free energy healing to those who volunteer as part of the demonstration. “Simple symptoms such as headaches or knee pain can be treated from the energy field in minutes,” says Wu.

At 1 p.m., there will be a brief introduction to meditation and chanting, followed by a sound bath with eight quartz singing bowls and three large gongs.

Wu runs Good for the Spirit Gifts, a shop that offers spiritual wellness tools such as sound healing devices. Additional gongs will be available from the store at the event and are free for attendees to use.

When Wu speaks his intentions or chants into the gong, the reactions are different and those present can clearly feel the difference.

“Susie has proven the power of putting intentions and mantras into gongs,” Deanna, a West Seneca native, said after her June 1 performance at the Gazebo. “I demonstrated that I played it twice. I felt the difference in my heart chakra twice!” It was wonderful. ”

“Some people shed tears, others receive answers to things they’ve been stuck with for a long time, some receive spiritual messages, some hear messages from loved ones who have passed away, and others can’t get them out of their heads. Some people actually relax. It’s different for everyone, but everyone feels like, “Something good is going to happen.” ” Wu says.

“Be open-minded and ready to shake off any negative energy for the best results. Everyone is welcome.”

Participants are encouraged to bring blankets, yoga mats or lawn chairs and gather on the lawn around the Ellicottville Gazebo, 1 Washington Street, Ellicottville. There is a hashtag dedicated to #NationalDayOfTheGong observances.

The event will be held rain or shine.

The Gazebo Gong is free and open to all ages. Registration is not required.
