IDAHO FALLS — The EastIdahoNews.com staff is focusing on a variety of jobs in our area this year. And today, we’re tackling it in Crab Apple’s Pilates class.
Pilates coach and former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Lisa Morton says Pilates is suitable for everyone and is a great way to move your body and focus on restoring your body to its fullest potential. It is said that it is a method.
“I have worked with many clients following knee replacements, hip replacements, and post-rehabilitation,” Morton says. “I also have a variety of specialties, so I am well versed in working with clients who have undergone surgery.”
I learned that it’s a good workout and a lot of fun at the same time. And the students are amazing too!
Club Apple offers two free classes to everyone, regardless of membership status. Please check the class schedule here.
