Pamela Anderson is “thrilled” to announce that her first cookbook, I Love You by Pamela Anderson: Recipes from the Heart, will be officially released on October 15th.
Inspired by the rustic lifestyle at his family’s Vancouver Island mansion, the 56-year-old Baywatch alum’s 288-page cookbook features more than 80 “homemade and globally-inspired” plant-based recipes. It includes recipes as well as tips on sustainable design and gardening.
Oddly enough, the Instagram slideshow Pamela teased about her literary “labor of love” on Wednesday only featured one recipe: peach pie.
Anderson’s cookbook began life as a housewarming gift to her sons, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee, and their girlfriends: “a box of recipe cards that said ‘I Love You.'” .
