Energy Healing with Jewish Yogi Dani Antman

Dani Antman’s journey, a Jewish yogi and energy healer, has taken her on a spiritual journey, from her childhood in Judaism to studying Kundalini science, Kabbalah, energy healing, and yoga, and her final journey. She blends all of that into her unique interfaith healing counseling sessions. Aiming to get to the true root of her past traumas and unhealthy patterns, she specializes in energy healing that works with the subtle body, or “aura.”
Her sessions are like therapy, but deeper, breaking through the surface and diving into what lies beyond. They are individualized to each person she meets and serve as a time to check in with herself as her guides wade through the mud that she struggles with in her daily life.
It starts with a talk session. She asks some personal questions, each one getting a little deeper. She has her way of making you feel comfortable and you find yourself uncovering and discovering some things you never knew before. “Some people call this a mini-vacation or retreat,” she says.
After about 30 minutes, she realizes where and what needs healing and the real work begins. Ant-Man placed her hands on my back under each kidney and asked me to imagine myself channeling healing through her hands and flushing out accumulated stress hormones. Even through Zoom sessions with clients, she says it’s intention that creates healing. This process makes you feel good, like taking a shower for your spirit.
Ant-Man then reports on the healing. Describe what she felt or saw during the session. This often leads to new ideas, a renewed energy for life, or thinking about connections to the world and those who came before.
“This work is subtle, but it can help change patterns and open up new ways of relating,” she said.
