Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (National Ayurvedic Academy), which comes under the Ministry of AYUSH, is the former principal of Sri Venkateswara Ayurveda College run by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). The fellowship was awarded to Mr. Parasaram Muralikrishna.
Muralikrishna was awarded the fellowship in recognition of his outstanding contribution in promoting Ayurvedic science over the past 36 years at the Academy’s annual convocation held in New Delhi on Tuesday.
He received the scholarship from AYUSH Ministry Secretary Rajesh Kotecha and Academy President Devendra Triguna in the presence of Tanuja Nesri, Director, All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi.
