Utah: Billionaire technology entrepreneur Brian Johnson, 46, who claims to have reversed his age by 5.1 years, is touting part of his anti-aging regime. Mr. Johnson spends $2 million each year on a structure dubbed Project Blueprint.
Johnson takes more than 100 supplements every day and follows a strict diet. He sells portions of his strict diet to those interested.

In a post to X, Johnson said: “Blueprint his stack is here. Second only to breast milk.”
He said the stack is built on more than 1,000 clinical trials and costs $343 (Rs 28,500) for 30 days, which is cheaper than fast food.

Nutraceuticals in the stack include ‘Red Yeast Rice + Odorless Garlic’ for immune support and heart health, ‘NAC + Ginger + Curcumin’ for joint, liver and pancreatic health, vitamins D, E, Contains “essential capsules” containing thiamin. .
Johnson’s “Longevity mix” will also be sold as part of the Blueprint stack. According to the Project Blueprint website, Longevity Mix is described as a drink with “blood orange flavor and other natural flavors.”

Earlier this year, Johnson claimed his hair care regimen had helped him overcome baldness and gray hair.
Mr Johnson caused a stir online last May when he revealed that he had begun a bizarre three-generation blood exchange treatment with his 17-year-old son Talmage and his 71-year-old father Richard. In November, he claimed that a transfusion of his “super blood” reduced his father’s age by 25 years. He also claimed to have the skin of a 28-year-old, the heart of a 37-year-old, and the strength of an 18-year-old.
