6 dessert recipes to try this Easter
Happy (early) Easter! Whether you’re celebrating the holidays or not, here are some delicious recipes you’ll want to try.
What’s on the menu at your house?Perhaps a classic Times recipe like Maelitsa Greek Easter Soup or roasted lamb and turnipand spring peas and herb potato on the side.
My family’s Easter dinner is very similar to what we eat at Christmas and Thanksgiving. Seafood gumbo, honey baked ham, and cornbread dressing are holiday staples for us. Sometimes I add green beans, potatoes, or sweet potato pie for a little variation.
However, most menus have plenty of savory dishes and not many sweet dishes.
