Replacing animal-based eggs has never been easier. With countless store-bought options and several homemade alternatives, you can make all your favorite dishes without eggs. Here are 8 different vegan egg recipes to take your cooking to the next level.

Common vegan egg substitutes

More and more people are avoiding eggs due to ethical concerns (even free-range eggs cause abuse), but thankfully there are plenty of vegan egg alternatives. Some are better for baking, while others are perfect for omelets and quiches.

Popular over-the-counter brands include Free and Easy, Organ, Crackd, Supergood!, Follow Your Heart, and in the US, Just Egg. Each comes with instructions and instructions for use.

If you prefer to make it at home rather than buying it ready-made, the following ingredients can be used as the perfect vegan egg substitute for baking. Aquafaba, or chickpea water. When substituting one food for another, it is best to pay attention to the nutritional content of each. Because vegan cooking uses a variety of ingredients in place of traditional eggs, nutrients may vary from recipe to recipe.
