Then, assess your sporting potential in the Fitness Testing Zone, where three stations measure your vertical jumping ability, shoulder flexibility and grip strength.

In the Sports Experience Zone, experience simulations of road and track cycling to understand the challenges faced by Olympic athletes.
At the Hong Kong Playground Association’s Sports Base Camp, coaches will guide parents and children on a 15-metre zipline experience to the checkpoint.
One ticket gives you access to all three shows (Hong Kong Book Fair, Sports & Leisure Expo, and Snack World) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Admission costs HK$30 for adults and HK$10 for children. Children under 3 years old and adults aged 65 and above are free to enter.
The Sports & Leisure Expo will run from noon to 10pm on Saturday and from noon to 7pm on Sunday.
3. Silent Inside Flow Disco on the Waterfront
Grab your yoga mat and head to Sun Yat Sen Park on Saturday evenings between 6pm and 7.15pm, where you’ll slip on a wireless, glow-in-the-dark headset, listen to music and be guided by yoga instructor Enting Man from The Yoga Room.
Yoga enthusiasts of all levels are welcome.
The cost is HK$200 and also includes complimentary Pocari Sweat and UL.OS skincare to keep you hydrated and glowing under the setting sun.

4. #FillYourCup Run/Walk/Talk Mass Event 004
On Sunday morning, just before 9am, we will gather at Sheung Wan coffee shop The Station, at 18 Upper Station Street, to take part in a monthly initiative to raise support and awareness for mental health and cancer patients.
5. Defin8 Infrared Pilates
This movement promotes flexibility and joint mobility and emphasizes muscle lengthening.
There are classes for various levels on Saturdays from 9:00am to 9:50am and 6:00pm to 6:50pm, and on Sundays from 2:00pm to 2:50pm. Participants can choose their own intensity level, be it beginner, experienced or advanced.
