Berry Nectarine Martini
material:
4 oz Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine Sparkling Water
1/2 teaspoon blueberry jam
⅛ teaspoon rose water
1/16 teaspoon citrus bitters (shake 3 times)
Garnish: Blackberries and honeydew slices
direction: Combine blueberry jam, rosewater, and 2 ounces of Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine in a shaker. Add ice, remove the lid, and stir to release some of the carbonation. Then replace the lid and shake. Pour the mixture into an upturned glass. Top with 2 ounces of Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine and the citrus bitters. Garnish with 4 skewered frozen blackberries and a honeydew slice.
Summer Aqua Fresca
material:
Waterloo Summer Berry Sparkling Water
1/2 cup watermelon
¼ cup pitted cherries
Fresh Mint
Lime Wedge
salt
direction: Mix watermelon, cherries, mint, lime, and a pinch of salt in a glass. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Pour Summer Berry Sparkling Water over the watermelon mixture.
Paradise Punch
material:
Waterloo Tropical Fruit Sparkling Water
2 ounces tangerine juice
1/2 cup red dragon fruit, diced
1/2 teaspoon dragon fruit powder
Lime Wedge
Pineapple Wedges
direction: Pour the tangerine juice and 4 ounces of Waterloo Tropical Fruit Sparkling Water into a glass filled with ice. Combine the dragon fruit and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Strain the dragon fruit mix down one side of the glass to create a swirl. Garnish with lime, pineapple wedge, and dragon fruit powder.
Passionate Peach
material:
Waterloo Peach Sparkling Water
1/2 ounce passion fruit puree
¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
5 fresh mint leaves
Peach slices
Fresh mint sprigs
direction: Add fresh mint, passion fruit puree and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with a Waterloo peach. Garnish with a peach slice and a mint sprig.

Waterloo Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water
¾ ounce fresh orange juice
1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
Lemon Wheel
Lime Wheel
Salt (optional)
direction: Add orange juice, grapefruit juice, and Waterloo Lemon Lime to a glass filled with ice. Mix well and garnish with lemon and lime slices. If desired, sprinkle salt on the rim of the glass beforehand.
