In Indian households, a special breakfast is made only on Sundays and eaten by the family together. Today, we take a look at some unique breakfast options that you can easily make at home. These nutritious dishes are not only great in taste but are also healthy and perfect for fuelling you for the day. Below are some of the most popular dishes for breakfast:

Dalgona Coffee:

Dalgona coffee is also known as hand-drip coffee that originated in Macau. This coffee became hugely popular around the world during the COVID-19 pandemic as many people made it at home. It is a strong coffee that helps people start their day with energy. It is made by whisking equal parts of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy. Finally, add the whole mixture to cold or warm milk. It can be enjoyed with crushed biscuits.

Korean Pancakes:

Usually, pancakes are fluffy and sweet. However, Korean pancakes are crispy and loaded with vegetables, making them a nutritious breakfast treat. These pancakes are served with soy sauce and chilli flakes. A thick batter of egg and vegetable mixture is deep-fried in a frying pan to form a thin, flat, pancake-shaped fritter on the surface. In recent times, they have become quite popular in India.

In Korea, it is commonly called “Teirang Mari”. This egg roll is made by mixing beaten eggs with some finely chopped ingredients, deep frying and rolling.
