When it comes to classic cocktails, there’s nothing more satisfying than a cold, smooth martini. However, if you’re looking for a little more depth of flavor, the Dirty His Martini might be for you. The “dirty” element is olive brine or olive juice, which joins the standard combination of gin and dry vermouth to give the drink plenty of pungent and salty olive flavor.
