Whole and Holy Integrative Wellness, a growing local mental health and wellness group, is excited to offer Wellness Week for Teens for the second year. New this year, we are offering a Spanish-speaking wellness week for the teen Latinx community.
“At Hall & Holly, we build health and wholeness in our communities by providing accessible, integrative mental health services that support mind, body, spirit, and relationships. We believe that helping young people support their own mental health supports their families and our community,” says Susan Stewart, director and owner of Hall & Holly.
Teen Wellness Week provides youth ages 14 to 18 with an opportunity to build social skills, develop strategies to cope with stressors, increase self-awareness, and gain support from peers. The week will be led by marriage and family therapist Olga Baron-Lama and other members of Hall & Holly’s clinical team. They strongly believe in providing resources to teens before they are in crisis.
“The week last year was so much fun! The teens told us they felt supported by us and their peers and really appreciated the encouragement and coping skills they learned. ” said Ms. Baron Rama.

The first Wellness Week will be held from July 8th to July 12th from 12:30pm to 5:30pm. Spanish Speaking Week will continue the following week, from July 15th to July 19th, also from 12:30pm to 5:30pm. The weekly rate is $400 and includes daily lunch at a local business downtown. Scholarships may be available, funded in part by a generous grant from the Rotary Club of Chambersburg Foundation.
