3. Perla’s Arepas
The restaurant serves arepas, a type of flatbread stuffed with a protein like shredded chicken or pulled beef. Arepas by Perla also offers empanadas and lunch plate specials with a choice of protein and side.
4. Broken York Cafe
Located in the District 121 development, the 4,000-square-foot restaurant offers a breakfast and brunch menu including omelets, eggs Benedict and breakfast tacos.
5. Jet Set Pilates
The 2,500-square-foot studio offers custom 50-minute classes focused on strength training, cardio and conditioning, according to the company’s website.
6. Piada
The restaurant serves customizable bowls, pastas, salads, and piadas (a type of wrap), which also offer street foods such as calamari and meatballs.
7. Redline Athletics
According to its website, the company offers fitness training for young athletes ages 8-18, as well as introductory exercise programs for athletes ages 4-7.

9. Anabolic Golf
The venture will offer two indoor bays equipped with TrackMan golf simulator technology, a putting green and golf-specific fitness equipment.

12. Kura Sushi Bar
The restaurant will serve nigiri, temaki and rolled sushi, as well as sides, soups and noodle dishes on a rotating conveyor belt. Construction on the restaurant is scheduled to be completed in February 2025, according to project documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
13. Santorini Greek Grill
The restaurant closed in January for renovations, including changing from full-service to fast-casual dining, and reopened on April 29. Santorini Greek Grill serves Mediterranean dishes such as gyros and bowls.
