The weather this spring can be hit or miss, but with these recipes you can keep your snack options consistently delicious. Whether you want to take advantage of seasonal ingredients like strawberries and citrus, or just want a refreshing bite between meals, each of these snacks is ready in just three steps or less. Keep the Cucumber and Dill Ricotta Snack Jar in the fridge so it’s on the go. Or pair peanut butter yogurt cups with Magic Shell topping for dessert anytime.

strawberry chocolate greek yogurt bark

Greek yogurt is studded with fresh strawberries and chocolate chips and is frozen so you can crumble it up like a chocolate crust (but healthier!). Colorful sweets can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

This simple snack jar contains herbed ricotta cheese and cucumbers and peppers for dipping. Use whatever colored mini peppers you have on hand. You can also use cottage cheese instead of ricotta if you prefer. Easily double this recipe and keep some snacks in your fridge.

dulce de leche coconut energy balls

Dulce de leche, a sweet caramel dairy product used in Latin American desserts, adds a sweet caramel flavor to this delicious energy ball. Look for dulce de leche in cans or glass bottles. Usually found in the baking aisle. You can add your own personal twist by swapping out the cashew butter for your favorite nut butter.

Peanut butter yogurt cup with magic shell topping

This easy, high-protein snack tastes just like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. It can be made in a yogurt container and cleanup is easy and convenient. Alternatively, if you don’t have single-use containers, scoop 1/2 cup of yogurt from a larger container into a small bowl. Nut or seed butters work well in this four-ingredient recipe.

dark chocolate cashew nut clusters

These three-ingredient sweet treats are easy to make and take just 15 minutes to prepare the dark chocolate clusters, so you can whip them up on short notice to feed a crowd. Cashews offer a sweet, mild flavor, but don’t hesitate to swap them out for alternatives like almonds or peanuts, or try adding dried cranberries or cherries for a tangy flavor.

No need to look for instant snacks. This 3-ingredient Cucumber Salmon Sashimi is sure to be a hit. This quick and easy recipe is not only an ideal midday option, but also serves as a satisfying appetizer. If you have a little more time and a few additional ingredients at your disposal, try enriching your cream cheese with chopped fresh herbs like dill or chives.

guacamole snack jar

Fill a mason jar with shredded red bell pepper, pepper jack cheese, and guacamole for an easy, healthy and zesty snack. To reduce the spiciness, swap the pepper jack for regular jack or cheddar cheese. To bulk up this snack, add pretzels, crackers, or tortilla chips together.

Lemon, mint and white bean dip

This easy and healthy dip is a quick appetizer or snack. If you don’t have cannellini beans, chickpeas will work just as well. Enjoy this delicious dip with vegetables, crackers, pita, or pretzels.

cottage cheese snack jar

This creamy, crunchy snack packs 20 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber into one small mason jar. You can enjoy a crunchy texture by adding chickpeas just before eating. If you want to keep everything in one jar, choose 1/4 cup canned washed chickpeas instead.

strawberry pistachio greek yogurt bark

Ted + Chelsea Kavanaugh

A colorful and delicious frozen dessert made with strawberries and pistachios on a thin layer of Greek yogurt. A sprinkle of chocolate cookie crumbs completes this satisfying snack or dessert.

smoked tuna spread canape

Try this easy canapé recipe for your next cocktail party. Canned tuna, cream cheese, and cucumber slices on crunchy almond crackers are the first appetizer your guests pick up.

Cottage cheese snack jar (with fruit)

Combine protein-rich cottage cheese with sweet chopped peaches for a creamy, portable snack. If peaches are out of season, choose frozen or try alternatives like chopped strawberries or orange bunches. Add vanilla extract or a hint of cinnamon to cottage cheese to enhance the flavor. For those with a sweet tooth, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup is the perfect finishing touch.
